Yield: 4 servings
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/4 t salt
- 2 T sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 T oil
Instructions
- Combine flour, baking soda, salt and sugar
- Add eggs and beat well
- Stir in cottage cheese and milk
- Heat pan to medium high and add just enough oil to cover bottom of pan
- Scoop batter onto the pan
- When edges of pancake are cooked, flip and continue until lightly browned
